Shopping and Placing Order:

How do I find products on franetmall.com ?

On FranetMall.com, products are organized into categories and sub-categories. Just hover your mouse over any of the top or sidebar product category menu to discover its sub-categories. Just click on any of the categories or sub-categories to view all the products under the category or sub-category.

Similarly, you can put a keyword into the search box and hit the “Enter” key on your device and all products relevant to your keyword will be displayed.

Once you’ve found any product you’re interested in buying, simply click on the “Buy Now” button to add the product to your shopping cart.

Go ahead and continue searching and adding more products to your shopping cart until you’re done shopping and ready to checkout.

This is pretty simple. Just follow the steps below to place an order:

  1. Click on product image or name to visit the product description page.
  2. On the description page, you click on “Add To Cart” button to add product to your cart.
  3. A success box will come up with options to either checkout, view your shopping cart, or to continue shopping.
    • Click on “CHECKOUT NOW!” button if you’re done shopping and wish to proceed to checkout page.
    • Click on “VIEW YOUR SHOPPING CART” button if you wish to view and review the content of your shopping cart.
    • Click on “CONTINUE SHOPPING” button if you wish to browse some more and add other product(s) to your shopping cart.
  4. Browse and add as many products as you want to your shopping cart.
  5. Click on “CHECKOUT NOW!” button on the success box, or on “Checkout” link on top of the page when you’re done adding products to your shopping cart.
  6. On the checkout page, simply complete the Customer Information section with your correct details if you’re a new customer.
  7. If you’re a returning customer, simply click on “LOGIN” link to login with your email address and password.
  8. On the Shipping Method section, select one of the available delivery methods (option available if any of the product(s) in your cart requires shipping).
  9. On the Payment Method section, select one of the available methods.
  10. Check the “Terms & Conditions” box if you’re ok with it and click on “CONFIRM ORDER” button to proceed to the next step.
  11. Follow subsequent instructions to make payment and complete your order.
  12. After payment, do notify us by sending your payment details to: 09064576434
  13. Once we confirm your payment, we’ll kick into action to fulfill your order.
  14. You will receive status updates concerning your order in your email box.

Yes, you need to register an account to be able to complete your order. But don’t worry. You don’t really need to pre-register before shopping because you can easily enter your details and register alongside on the checkout page.

Having an account with us gives you an edge. You will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an order’s status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. “My Account” gives you complete control over your transactions at Ileoja.com.

How do I register on your website?

You can do your normal shopping and then register on the checkout page. On the other hand, you can register before shopping by clicking on the “create an account” link on top page, fill out the form provided and click on “Continue” button to create your account instantly. (Remember to save your login details (email and password) somewhere as you’ll need them in future.)

How much do you charge for delivery?

FranetMall.com will charge extra amount for products that don’t qualify for Free Delivery. The actual amount we charge for delivery to any city in Nigeria varies from order to order, depending on the weight, size and destination of the order. However, the total delivery cost for your order can be viewed on the checkout page under “Delivery Method” section.

FranetMall.com standard delivery time frame for physical goods is 2 to 5 working days from the day you made payment for your order (weekends and nationwide holidays are not included).

What are the available delivery methods?

If any or all the physical goods in your order cart attract delivery charge, you will have the option to choose one of the delivery methods on the checkout page. You won’t see this option if your order does not contain physical good.

The available delivery methods will be shown on the checkout page under Shipping method section.

Can I come and pick up my order from your office?

FranetMall.com operates an online shop and therefore does not have shops/offices spread around the country. But for your ultimate convenience, we offer fast delivery service to any city in Nigeria for any physical product you bought on our website.

Can my order be delivered to my office address instead?

Yes, your order can be delivered to your office! We deliver to the address you provided to us upon checkout. Just enter your name and office address upon checkout and we’ll deliver to your office.

What happens if I am unavailable at the time of delivery?

Once we dispatch your order, we’ll send you an email and SMS containing the courier company name, tracking waybill number and expected arrival dates.

If you’re unavailable to collect your order when the delivery person came, you’ll be left with instruction on how to come and pick up your order at the courier’s office or request for re-delivery.

My order hasn’t arrived yet! What should I do about this?

Normally, your order is supposed to arrive 2 to 5 working days from the day you made payment for your order (weekends and nationwide holidays are not included). However, occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be short delay along the way.

Please kindly exercise patient and allow at least 8 working days for your order to arrive.

I received the wrong item other than what I ordered for! What should I do?

If you found out you received the wrong item or the wrong quantity other than what you ordered for, please contact our customer care as soon as possible so that we can step in and resolve any issue promptly.

It seems my item(s) has been tampered with! What should I do?

Please contact our customer care as soon as possible. All items are insured against theft and damages incurred during transit.

Do you deliver outside Nigeria?

FranetMall.com does not deliver physical goods outside Nigeria for now. Downloadable products and some selected services can still be delivered outside Nigeria.
